Terms of Use

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By installing or using the Aria AI application (the "App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the App.
  2. Intellectual Property Rights: By using the App, you agree to respect our intellectual property rights, including those related to the App's source code, UI/UX design, content, copyright, and trademarks (collectively referred to as “Intellectual Property Rights”), as well as the intellectual property rights owned by third parties. Content Distribution: You are allowed to distribute music or other content created using the App. However, Aria AI does not provide any licensing or take responsibility for the distributed content. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable laws or regulations when sharing or distributing content.
  3. Device and Internet Access Requirements: To use the App, you must have a compatible mobile device and access to the internet.
  4. Compatibility: The App is available for download and installation on mobile devices running compatible operating system versions as specified in the app store.
  5. Updates: The App may be upgraded periodically to introduce new features and services.
  6. Free Access: The App is offered for free. After downloading, you will have access to its basic features.
  7. Premium Options and Subscriptions: Certain services and features within the App (“Premium options”) require a paid subscription. You may be offered a free trial period for Premium options, as specified on the signup screen. After the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the basic features of the App. Premium options are fully available during the free trial period.
  8. Subscription Plans: Various subscription plans may be available. You will be informed of the details of your subscription plan, including the duration of any free trial, on the signup screen before completing the purchase or activating the subscription.
  9. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions with a free trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription once the trial ends. Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial. We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or change our subscription plans at any time.
  10. Subscription Renewal: Your subscription will be automatically renewed within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. You can turn off the auto-renew option in your device’s account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payments will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions are managed by you through the app store associated with your device.
  11. Uninstalling the App: Uninstalling the App will not cancel your subscription. You will need to manage your subscription through your account settings in the app store.
  12. Communication Charges: Any charges from your mobile or internet provider, including data roaming charges, are your responsibility. If you are not the bill payer, you must ensure you have permission from the person responsible for the account before incurring these charges.
  13. Refund Policy: Due to the high costs associated with running advanced AI models, including electricity and hardware expenses, we do not offer refunds for any subscriptions or purchases made within the App. Please consider this before making a purchase.
  14. No Warranty: The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App or its functions.
